With Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil
(Follow State Laws..For Adults)
1st Rule…Don’t get Cut
Prep Time ( 1 – 2 Hours depending on skills)
(plus 2 hours for them to set up in the fridge)
These protein bites are very healthy and can last weeks in the fridge. I tested how long it would take before mold appeared, and the result was [ 60 days = 2 months ]. Use a clean surface, container, and fridge. You can also freeze them for longer storage.

It is an extremely healthy and high energy bite, that you can “scarf” down whenever you want. They have healthy fats such as Omega 3, Omega 6, and MCT’s. They have natural antimicrobial factors which inhibit mold from developing. They have pre & probiotics from the Greek Yogurt and the ‘Garden of Life’ protein meal supplement, which aids in digestion and gut health. Due to this coupling of healthy proteins, macrobiotics, and the cannabis infused oil, I have dubbed them * ’Macrobis’ Bites.
Your cannabis oil can provide cannabinoids (THC, CBD, CBG, and others), which nourishes your bodies endocannabinoid system to assist your health. These health effects should be discussed with your doctor if you are unfamiliar with the concept.
As Recipe’s go, I would begin with a light cannabinoid %, then follow up with your own personally revised cannabinoid %, as you make the recipe again.
The recipe works great with Cannabis oil, but its your responsibility to discover just how much is preferred. But if you want or require strong medical effects, simply make the cannabis infused oil preparation stronger. And remember, the amount of Cannabis Oil you use will be divided into approximately 24 bites per recipe. And as always, consume cannabis with care. Follow your doctor’s advice, follow your state laws, and listen to your body. But above all else, don’t get cut.

Shelled Hemp Seeds
Shredded Coconut (optional)
Greek Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
AVB (for optional topping)
Maple Syrup (for optional topping)
Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer (No Bake !!)
Peanut, Cashew, or Any Nut Butter
Garden of Life Protein Meal (Plain Vanilla or Chai)
Metabolol II Chocolate Protein Powder (or Basic Cocoa)
* Infused Cannabis Oil (Coconut Oil Base preferred)
Note: You can still make these without the infused cannabis oil. Just use a little plain coconut or hemp oil.
